    Question Linux Live CD

Have any of you guys ran two accounts on one pc at the same time ? I think Linux Live CD can do that but i'm a little unsure if it would work along side windows 7.

I was wandering if chrisxp has seen this as i know he knows loads about linus?

    If not no probs

doesnt matter what OS you use..

just download a live CD and burn, put it in ur PC then reboot, go into bios config and make sure cdrom is booted before hdd (or just press enter if it asks you to boot from CD during POST.

it will then run linux from the CD, but its rather sluggy as CDs are slow :P

but no, you cant run both win7 and *nix unless you get virtual windows or something

or google something else, in which case you'd need to DL the ISO and not the liveCD, as liveCDs are only for 'trying before you download' and not for general purpose

use vmware. There is a free version of it which allows u 2 run 2 OS at the same time, or a pro version where u can run as many os at the same time as ur PC can handle. I've used vmware workstation (professional version of player) for years now and it's really easy 2 use.

    ps. yes, I'm still alive
